Any pet that comes into our facility with fleas will be given a flea bath by our staff at the owner's expense. We have an obligation to provide each guest a healthy environment. Puppies and kittens are required to have received their full series of vaccinations and adult booster prior to being boarded. For your convenience and to ensure your pet is properly vaccinated prior to boarding, High Halo will even call your veterinarian in order to obtain vaccination records. To ensure your pet’s health, as well as all our guests while boarding at our kennel, we require proof of current vaccinations.
